We are located in Catoosa, Locust Grove, Bixby, and Tulsa and welcome patients from surrounding areas.

Our years of experience have proven that it’s quite possible to prevent dental problems by maintaining a good preventative care schedule. We take care of our patients as though they were our family members and that includes helping them avoid the need for expensive treatment. 


What we need from you is sticking to a schedule of regular cleanings and examinations and following a good at-home program of care. When you come to us for preventative visits, we will carefully diagnose any problems we see beginning to eliminate them before they can cause you pain or loss of your teeth.

Meet Dr. Slade T. Shuck, DMD

Dr. Slade T. Shuck was born and raised in Hugoton, Kansas. He attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he graduated with a Major in Biology; and a Minor in Biochemistry. After graduation, he attended ATSU Missouri School of Dentistry and Oral Health, where he graduated with his DMD degree. Dr. Shuck is married to Chloe Shuck, and they have two beautiful dogs, Forest and Scout.


When he is not in the office, his hobbies include; running, tennis, pickleball, video games, and eating. 

MEET DR. SOREN MICHAELSEN

Dr. Soren Michaelsen was born and raised in Norman, OK. He attended the University of Oklahoma and Brigham Young University during his undergraduate studies. After acceptance into the OU College of Dentistry, Dr. Michaelsen and his wife Natalie, a native of Broken Arrow, were excited to be able to move back home to the Sooner State.


Immediately after receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, Dr. Michaelsen began his private practice in Catoosa where he plans to enjoy a long career serving and caring for the dental needs of Catoosa and the surrounding communities.

Great dental office with advanced technology equipment.  They cover a vast array of dental needs.  Larixa has been a gem building my bridge and helping me every time I've come into the office. Tiana is an angel and held my hand thru a couple procedures (truly comforting). Darcy is a great hygienist and all about keeping gums healthy. Lindsey  the office manager, has been thorough in paperwork and getting me in on appt when tight.  So, between a  routine checkup to intense work, they can do it all!
